Service Level Options

Below are the various services provided in each Vino Yay! Experience.

Please note that these are standard services provided to enhance your wine tasting experience. Pricing options below contemplate events taking place within the Twin Cities to south-central Minnesota. Requests for events to be held outside of this area that require additional travel, including overnights, will incur additional costs. Please contact us to discuss further.

Vino Yay! Gold Wine Tasting

Includes each item/service below:

  • Wine glasses (please note, these will be collected at the end of the wine tasting)
  • Fun, guided discussions through each wine and flight
  • Charcuterie selections paired to your wine flights (includes serving board & prepared guest plates) 
  • Table and charcuterie décor
  • Aroma pairing samples
  • Bottled water
  • Prizes - your number of guests will determine the number of "prizes"
  • Bonus wine!  After your tasting flights, we will provide one final bottle of wine that is a "step up" from the wines included in your tasting flights  

Vino Yay! Platinum

Add $350 (for 10-12 guests) to the "Gold" Package Pricing Options

Includes all Gold wine tasting services, plus:

  • Writing, printing and sending invitations to your guests
  • Venue setup, including patio lights
  • Photo book of your event
